This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for purchases made through our website, www.liznable.com and the services provided therein (the “Site”). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be rendered with due care and skill, be fit for any disclosed purpose, and match their description.
Change of Mind or Discretionary Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Digital products (such as online courses, downloads, or memberships) cannot be refunded once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. For new memberships or courses, we provide a 7-day cooling-off period from purchase, during which access is limited and refunds are available at our discretion upon request.
Faulty, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Services
If a service (e.g., online course, membership, or coaching) is faulty, materially different from its description, or fails to meet ACL guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase (or delivery for physical items) with details of the issue.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Email us at liz@liznable.com with your order number, purchase date, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Store credit may be offered as an alternative in some cases.
Return Shipping and Fees
For faulty physical items, we cover return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind requests. No refunds for completed coaching sessions or used digital content, except as required by law.
Subscriptions and Memberships
No pro-rata refunds for partial periods. Annual plans include a 7-day cooling-off window with full disclosure of auto-renewal terms at purchase.
Special Circumstances
The Company may provide refunds in exceptional cases at its discretion, such as event cancellations by the Company. We disclose all material terms at purchase to avoid misunderstandings.
